Katinka Meyers was born in 1998 in Antwerp. She developed an interest in photography at an early age and made the decision in 2017 to study at The Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. She is currently finishing her last bachelor year in photography working on her bachelorproject.

The picture that I chose to send in is part of my bachelor project. I often experience a feeling looking at something that’s elusive and cannot be described into words. A feeling of nostalgia or the sublime with a mysterious touch. I’m intrigued by it and I capture it.
