Description
In this work, I explore the theme of relationships — personal, social, and ecological—through an image that brings together inherently incompatible elements: water and air, flight and confinement, the natural and the artificial.
The minimalist form conceals a layered metaphor of fragility and interdependence. A balloon filled with water and containing a fish becomes a paradoxical space — closed, vulnerable, yet capable of movement.
This visual statement reflects on how even the most contradictory relationships can serve as points of contact, generating space for connection and understanding. The work invites viewers to consider the nature of bonds: delicate, temporary, yet foundational to our shared reality.
